1. Objectives and Activities
The Zizus Foundation is established to for the relief of financial hardship for the public benefit of parents/carers of children aged up to 4 years living in the Tees Valley region, by the provision of grants to enable them to access childcare that they could not otherwise afford.
During the financial year no charitable activities were undertaken, and no expenditure occurred.
The trustees confirm they have had regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit and intend to operate in line with it when the charity becomes active.
2. Achievements and Performance
The charity did not carry out any activities during the year. Trustees maintained the charity’s registration and ensured compliance with statutory obligations.
3. Financial Review
The charity had minimal income during the year. All income was generated from The Middlesbrough Lottery donations.

4. Structure, Governance and Management
The Zizus Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation] governed by its constitution dated 25 January 2023.
Trustees are appointed in accordance with the procedures set out in the governing document. No changes to trusteeship occurred during the reporting period.
5. Plans for Future Periods
The trustees continue to monitor opportunities to activate the charity’s work in line with its objectives. No immediate plans for activity are in place.
