**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PREGNANT WOMEN, MOTHERS AND BABIES, IN THE SOUTHEAST OF ENGLAND, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FROM ETHNIC MINORITIES, BY THE PROVISION OF LECTURES, FORA AND THE PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION ON THE PROMOTION OF PRE AND POST-NATAL HEALTH.

**Activities:** The charity raises public awareness on the importance of healthy living during pregnancy. e.g. diet &amp;nutrition and perinatal mental health/medical issues that may arise both during pregnancy and after pregnancy in mothers and babies. It does this by holding events, workshops focus groups/seminars that are delivered by appropriately qualified practitioners, in line with NHS guidelines,
