I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 December 2023, whlch are set out on finance

The charlty's trustees are responsible for the p￿paration of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider
that an audltls not requlred for thls year under section 14412) of the Charlties Act 2011 {tie 2011 Act)) and
that an independent examlnation Is needed.

accounts presented wlth those records. also Includes consideration of any unusual Items or dlsclosures In the
account5, and seekSn8 explanations from you as trustees concemin8 any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be requlred In an audlt and consequently no oplnlon
Is 8lven to whether the accounts present a 'true and falr view, and the report is Ilmlted to those matters set
out in the statement below.
