Advancing education and raising awareness of equality and diversity and the issues faced by LGBQT+ people whether by teaching, interaction, performance or producing and displaying artistic and other materials and cultivating a sentiment in favor of equality and diversity; |

Delivering an annual LGBQT+ parade and festival as well as smaller events and activities held for the LGBQT+ community and its allies throughout the year, in order to foster understanding between people from diverse backgrounds Torbay Pride and its trustees have held a number of fundraising events over the last year ranging from Drag Bingo to quizzes and tried to foster a sense of community. The Annual event held on 2nd September was well attended with an estimated footfall of over 5,000 people at any one time. Feedback from the event showed the event held on 2nd September demonstrated the need for this annual event and that it hit a wide demographic of people within the local Torbay area and the wider community with some people travelling as far away as Cheshire, London and Birmingham to attend. Achievements and performance
The main activity was the Torbay Pride Festival which was held on Torre Summary of the main Abbey Meadows on Saturday 2nd September we have seen some achievements of the charity trustees leave and the process has been a huge learning curb for the during the year trustees of the charity, We are now in a stronger position at the end of the financial year with a reserve pot going forward for 2024/25.
