REVEALING THE HEARTBEAT OF GOD, ROMFORD
TRUSTEES REPORT FOR YEAR of 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 Date: 21 April 2026
The aim of the charity is, as the name suggests, to advance the Christian faith by Revealing the Heartbeat of God. This is done by providing training to churches and others in Christian ministry. This is both online and in person, but with the emphasis on everyone growing in their own ability to communicate with God on a daily basis.
We have continued to build the community using online methods such as Zoom to have four to five meetings every month. We have participants that join from around the world including all around the UK. These are hosted by Revealing the Heartbeat of God leaders and attendees that align with our mission statement: Beckoned by His love, we raise up nations to be in rhythm with the Heartbeat of God through communion with the Holy Spirit, creatively revealing Him throughout our lives. We include teaching and sharing together, as we practice hearing from God for ourselves and others, as it aligns with the Bible and God’s heart.
We were very excited that Revealing the Heartbeat of God was able to get approved to sponsor our first volunteer charity worker for a full year starting in September 2024. This has been helpful to grow and expand the charity particularly with connecting with other churches and ministries in England. We continue to actively seek to connect and network with other ministries and leaders in the UK, with the goal of expanding our reach and impact within the region.
We hosted several prophetic workshops in the London area and expanded up north to Lytham St. Anne’s. Everyone enjoyed a time of creatively being equipped in a variety of ways that God communicates to each one. We also began a fortnightly hybrid meeting of both in-person and online to equip people from all around the UK on the many different ways that God communicates with each person. This included personal testimonies, bible teaching and practical activations. Our charity was invited to other churches and groups to do smaller trainings on prophetic evangelism and how to share the Gospel with others which included outreaches in their areas.
As we continue to develop and build as a UK Charity, the trustees are seeking to sponsor a passionate, qualified, and experienced individual for a more permanent role to support the charity. This pivotal role—someone who can carry the vision forward and help shape the future of the charity.
We continue our partnership with Stewardship and bank with the Co-operative Bank as this streamlines the ability for people to give and including if they choose to donate gift aid as well.
Financial status:
-
We have a total of £1,665.47 donations as of 30 June 2025.
oDonations came from individuals and another ministry via Stewardship. -
Money spent is a total of £703.10 for the financial year.
o These expenditures included the consultation line for Stewardship, a new printer, supplies for workshops and yearly insurance.
- Received that year has been 559.16 (from stewardship)
Therefore, we have £1,665.47 to carry forward for future use. Whilst the amounts received may be small we are able to do a great deal with small amounts because of the work of volunteers that enable a small amount to be multiplied and achieve much more than normal. The charity does not need to carry much in the way of reserves given there are no staff at present and our policy is to hold £500 to ensure the charity is sustainable. Additionally, there were no trustees’ remuneration or other benefits for the year of 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
The trustees have reviewed our safeguarding and volunteer policies to ensure full compliance with the Charity Commission’s guidelines. We remain committed to reviewing and enhancing these policies annually as the charity continues to develop.
As the ministry continues to grow and extend its impact, the trustees are pleased to reaffirm their support for the vision and values God has entrusted to us— Revealing the Heartbeat of God . We remain confident in His leading and deeply committed to seeing this vision reflected in the lives we touch and the hearts of those who are hungry for More!
