Charity was regislered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation No. 1201692
The Trustees are listed on page 3.
The Trustees received no remuneration or other benefits during the year.
The Trustees have the support of the Cervia Volunteer Crew (CVC).

The trustees present their report and the unaudited financial statements of the charty
for the year ended 31 st December 2023.
Trustees. Annual Report
Following formation, of Ihe Trust in January 2023 a Heritage Lottery Fund application
was compiled and duly submitted, with the intention of moving Steam Tug Cervia to
Gravesend. This application was rejected on several grounds, not least being the
lack of support for the scheme from Gravesend Borough Council, which resulted in
the resignation of three of the four founding trustees.
The remaining founding Trustee then met and appointed two new trustees, with the
aim to raise necessary funding to secure and then preserve and maintain Steam Tug
Cervia at Ramsgate for the long-term future.
The Trust has continued to consolidate its position, to promote the aims of the
charitable trust. To seek and gain support of stakeholders both within and without the
community and to organise those volunteers (CVC) to preserve, conserve and
maintain the Steam Tug Cervia with the full support of the current Title Owners.
