**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SHALL ADVANCE THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK CARRIED ON BY OR WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE INSTITUTE AS THE TRUSTEES WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE INSTITUTE LEADER SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.

**Activities:** The Charity's activities are carried on by individual Sisters acting within parish communities and the wider community. It runs and supports Catholic schools and care homes. The Trustees care for their own Sisters who are retiring from active work. The Charity also makes grants to beneficiaries and assists other charities with similar objects.
