## Structure, Governance, and Management 

Anapolis CIO is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its constitution. The charity’s purpose, as set out in its governing document, is to provide online communities for carers of people with chronic disease. 

The trustees are responsible for ensuring that Anapolis CIO complies with the Charities Act 2011 and the requirements of the Charity Commission, including keeping proper accounting records and safeguarding the assets of the charity. 

## Objectives and Activities 

The objectives of the charity, as stated in its constitution, are to provide support through online communities for carers of individuals with chronic diseases. These communities are aimed at fostering collaboration, sharing experiences, and providing resources and emotional support for carers who may feel isolated in their roles. 

## Achievements and Performance 

Due to the absence of operations and activities in the financial year, the charity did not make any achievements toward its objectives during the year ending 25[th] December 2023. There were no online community events or services delivered in the period. 

## Financial Review 

Anapolis CIO was inactive during the financial year and therefore had no income or expenditure. The charity did not engage in any financial transactions and holds no funds or reserves at the end of the financial year.
