Trustee meetings have been well attended with open and honest discussion leading lo high quality debate and unity of purpose, decision making and outcomes. The launch event al the Tang Hall Smart Summer Festival in June was well received and it was both revealing and beneficial to meet parents of our prospective first cohort who spoke glowingly about the project and with real hope about the potential opportunities ahead. Over the past 6 months, the group has worked effectively lo design a radical yel realistic programme to give some of our most vulnerable young people a genuine roule into employment with a solid support structure which will greatly enhance their seif-esteem and wider confidence and ultimately could potentially transform their lives. As Trustees we are proud to be part of a team who are relentlessly determined to achieve this long term goal.
