## **CASH** 

The Eight Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Five Pounds (£8,225.00) reported on the Statement of Financial Position is the actual cash fund balance on hand as of March 31, 2024. 

## **MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT** 

These are composed of Keyboard, Drums, Speakers, Microphones, Monitors, Cables and Connectors being used every Sunday service. A total cost is Three Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Four Pounds (£3,354.00), less depreciation of Six Hundred Twenty-One Pounds (£621.00), left with net book value of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-three Pounds (£2,733.00) 

## **ACCOUNTS PAYABLE** 

This is the amount payable to Pastor/Bishop Leon Descargar Jr. (Chair of the Board of Trustees) for the musical instruments and equipment he bought for the church to use. The amount payable will be paid in installment. 

## **ACCRUED EXPENSES** 

This represents rental for March 2024 paid to Claremont Free Church in April 2024. 

## **UNRESTICTED FUNDS** 

The financial Statements being reported has a beginning net asset of One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Pounds (£1,993.00). It is the net cash generated by the Ministry from the Sunday Fellowship and activities conducted few months before it was registered with the Charity Commission on 18[th] January 2023, up to March 31, 2023. Added to the amount is the net operating results during the year of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Six Pounds (£5,806.00), hence, the balance at the end of the period is Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Nine Pounds (£7,799.00). 

## **RECEIPTS** 

This is the accumulated collections received every Sunday service from the members of the church who faithfully give their tithes and offerings. The ministry currently has an average of forty attendees every Sunday. 

## **EXPENSES** 

Rental cost where the Sunday service is being conducted is the major expense of the Ministry. The hourly rental rate is Thirty Pounds (£30.00), and average monthly spending is nearly Seven Hundred Pounds (£700.00) a month. 



## **FOOD AND BEVERAGES** 

These are the costs incurred for the food and drinks being shared after the fellowship, average amount spent a month is Eighty Pounds (£80.00). 

## **DEPRECIATION** 

The life of the musical instruments and equipment is estimated to be five years, and being depreciated using the straight-line method. 

## **TRANSPORTATION** 

This is the cost incurred for the vehicle hired in August when the ministry conducted its Baptism ceremony. 

## **KITCHEN SUPPLIES** 

Cost of the kitchen wares, cups, plates, cutleries, etc. incurred during the year. 

## **GRADUATION GOWNS AND ACCESSORIES** 

The Ministry shouldered the cost of the gowns, hats, and accessories used by the members who graduated in their Discipleship training course. 

## **LOVE GIFT** 

The amount of Two Hundred Pounds (£200.00) was given as “love gift” to Philippines. 

## **STATIONERY AND PRINTING** 

Costs of pens, notebooks, papers, printing and photocopying. 

## **MISCELLANEOUS** 

Mainly costs of giveaways at the Christmas party, batteries, and other expenses.
