These groups<br>include those with dementia, living in<br>social housing and at risk of social isolation.<br>22% of our projects have worked directly<br>with children and young people, educating<br>about healthy food and basic cooking skills,<br>particularly through the Holiday Activity &<br>Food Programme.<br>A key achievement has been securing a 3<br>year National Lottery Reaching<br>communities Grant, with the aim of<br>buildingthe charity’s foundations,|

## **Financial Review**
