It was confirmed as operative by the Charity Commission on 17 January 2023. Ob"ectives and Activities The objects of the charity are.. The provision and Tnaintenance of playing and recreation fields for the use of the inhabitants of Bradford on Avon and the neighbourhood thereof, without distinction of gender, race or disability, in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life, mental and physical health and wellbeing for the said inhabitants. The main activities of the charity during the year have been the continued fundraising for second phase of the refit of Poulton play area. Statement The Trustee has complied with the duty in section 4 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.
