**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF MEN IN NEED IN THE UK, WHO MAY BE EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING POOR MENTAL HEALTH, BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: A) INCREASING AWARENESS OF, AND REDUCING THE STIGMA ATTACHED TO, MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH; B) CREATING CONTENT, EVENTS, PARTNERSHIPS AND EXPERIENCES THAT ENCOURAGE MEN TO SHARE THEIR OWN INNER STRUGGLE IN A FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT.

**Activities:** Men Who Talk runs regular online peer-to-peer support groups for men aged 18 plus in the UK. The groups offer lower-level support and are loosely themed on set topics. The charity also runs engagement events and corporate workshops to facilitate the continued development of the understanding of mens mental health and wellbeing.
