Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:to Advance Public Education, Both Within The United Kingdom And Overseas, About The Rock Art Heritage Of The African Continent, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:(a) The Collection, Collation And Public Distribution Of Information Relating To African Rock Art And The Display Of Such Art;(b) Assisting In The Exploration And Preservation Of African Rock Art And The Conservation Of Threatened Sites; (C) Promoting And Supporting The Academic Study Of African Rock Art; And(d) Making Grants To Other Charities And Non-Government Organisations That Further The Above Purposes.
