We have developed the following policies: Safeguarding:

We are developing a Safeguarding policy.  All trustees have undergone safeguarding training provided by Baptist Union of Great Britain level 3. T Finance control:

Acoustic84 communities equips people to missionally listen in their context. Supports the creation of Christian communities through boats and harbours. All with the desire to see Gods Kingdom.

Regular meetings of small groups of Christians (Boats) for encouragement, prayer, Bible study and general sharing of life together. Monthly meetings of clusters of Boats (Harbours) for worship, teaching, Bible study. 

Annual meetings with associated groups. 

Trustees are aware of the guidance on public benefit and have taken this into consideration when making decisions.

Acoustic 84 pays fees and expenses for teaching, guidance, and pastoral care. 

It also provides grants and expenses for individuals who attend conferences to support their role as missional listeners and leadership of boats.

Each boat relies on the voluntary support of its members to organise meetings, encourage each other to listen and respond to the “cry” of the community.

Consolidation of boats in Charlton Down and Poundbury. **Summary of the main achievements of the charity** Baptising new members. **during the year** We continue to support a Missional Listener in Weymouth We continue our association with Stoborough Baptist and Parkstone Baptist churches. We are looking to the formation of new boats. We continue to with the Expanding Threshold Network in Lincolnshire and beyond.
