Hitched Communities, a Wirral based charity, brings communities together to help vulnerable people achieve the change they want in their lives. With community partners, we resource and co-design person-centred programmes, shaped by those with lived experience so our work can support people to fulfil their potential in society.

Objects: ?To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society. For The Purpose Of This Clause ?Socially Excluded?
