Police and Mountain Rescue Training Support

training exercises conducted on Sugar Loaf Mountain. Thes¢ exercise5 We￿ designed to ¢nhance operational
readiness in challenging terrain. RRT'S involvement ensured that participants were adequately 5UPPOrt¢d throughout
the duration of the training, allowing crEJergency personnel to focus fully on skill development and preparedne5S.

RRT Cardiff wttrked in partnership with Avtsn & Somersei Poli¢e to support n¥0 significant training ¢xer¢ises held
at the Cardiff White Water Rafiing Centre. Tl)ese events fomed part of ongoing professional development for
emergency responders. RkT's contribution strengthened inter-agency collaboration and siipported the effective
delivery of realistic training scenarios, ultimately contributing to improved public safety outcomes.

Cardiff Central Railway Station. The exercise involved over 100 Yolunteers sitnulating crowd management and
emergency r¢spons¢ scenarios. RRT provided an evening meal for all paNi¢ipanis, ensuring welfaTe needs were met
during this complex and demanding ¢xer¢ise.

The activities undertaken by the Ashgrove Trust, through its support of the Rapid Relief Team Cardiff, have
delivered meaniJigfi]I benefits to individual$ and organisations within the local communiry. By providing meals.

Meetings held at the Gospel ha115 include the Lord'5 Supper {Communion}, Gospel preachings, Bible readings
and B2bl¢ addresses. There is a structtired weekly schediile of meetings and, depending on the partiGiilar
Tt2eeting, between 40 and 600 people norn)ally attend these o¢¢asions.
The ineetings are altended by the regu12r cot)gregation and most are open to other properly dispos¢d vi5jtors.

of charge by the Charity to such preachers to be handed out to int¢r¢st¢d m¢mb¢rs of the publi¢.

Funding is sought through gifts from the congregation and Gift Aid is claimed on eligible donations. Funding is
sometimes received from other charitable trusts with complementary objectives.

based on the charity's size and the level of financial cornmitments. The Trustees consider that no reserves policy

to continue io fulfil its charitable objectives even if there is a temporary shortfall in income or unexpected
expenditure, by raising a funds appeal.
