Charitable ststus The charity is registered as a CIO Ino 12014651 and is governed by a Constitution dated 21 November 2022. ObJ•ctlYes and activities The CIO exlsts for the furtherance of the Chrlstlan gospel Sn the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and elsewhere throughout the world In accordance with the doctrines set out in the Statement of Faith and for the advancement of the Chrlstlan religion in any way In which the Trustees shall In thelr absolute d15cretlon think fit. Thls Is achieved through the promotlon of the recorded and written mlnlstries of the late Rev Francis Dlxon and the support of the itinerant ministry, In the UK and overseas, of the Rev Davld and Mrs Mary Tucker. Publlc benefit The Trustees have paid due regard to the 8uidance issued by the Charlty Commission in decldin8 which activltles should be undertaken. Achlevements and porfomiance The web51te, contalning the Rev Franci5 Dixon'5 audio semions and 8ible study notes continues to be well used. Rev David and Mrs Mary Tucker have contlnued thelr Itlnerant mlnlstry, undertaklng preachlng and speaklng engagements in the south of England. They have a150 been able to travel to the Far East, to teach in a Bible College. All the Income of the CIO15 derlved from freewlll glfts and offerlngs received from those who have benefitted from the recordln8s and publications issued, and from those wishing to support the minlstry. The total assets of the CIO on 30 September 2025 were £12,CK17. The only asset is the cash at the bank. Expenditure in the year exceeded income by £13,735, but covered by reserves brought forward. At the end of the year, the balance on the General Fund was £10,757 and on the Restrlcted (Speclal Projects) Fund £1,250. The reserves are sufficlent to enable the activltles of the CIO to continue for the foreseeable future. The Trustees conslder the financial position to be satisfactory.
