A - Z COMMUNITIES INCLUSION
l. Iniroductiori
A-Z Communities Inclusion (AZCIJ is a grassroots charity dedicated to advancing
social inclusion, improving mental wellbein& and empowering marginalised
populations - especially migrant communities, unaccompanied youth migrants, and
BME {Black and Minority Ethnic) group5. Over the past year, we have significantly
expanded our reach by incorporating eco-energy and Al-based skills training as part
of our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and equity.
2. Key Achievements (April 2024- April 20?51
187young people from migrant and marginalised backgrounds trained in green
energy and artificial intelligence.
28 community workshops on digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and climate
resilience.
27 structured training session5 covering employability, language support, Al
integration, and eco-energy solutions.
2 public forums addressing community leadership, mental health disparities. and
racial equality.
3 open community events and exhibition sessions promoting inclusion,
storytellin& and migrant heritage.
28 mental health & wellbein8 sessions. including social prescribing and culturally
competent support services.
Developed new partnerships with local councils, academic institutions, tech
specialists, and green innovation hubs.

Enhanced the governdnce and skills of OUT trustees, staff, and volunteers through
targeted leadership and safeguarding training.
3. Impact Overview
Our activlties this year dlrectly benefited 679 indivlduals, many of whom face
barriers related to migration, racial discrimination, and socio-economic exclusion.

In line with our vision to build resilient. inclusive communities, our strategy
prioritised:
Skill development in i'enewable energy and Al to align with futLtre job markets.
Promoting mental heiilth awareness through culturally sensitive OLttreach.
- Addressing systemic barriers faced by BME women, unaccompanied youth
migrants, and marginalised famllies.
Developing soclal prescribing models tallored for underrepresented comrnunlties.
Strengthening our internal systems to ensure compliance, impact measurement,
and long-term sustainability.

Throughout 20Z4-2025, A-Z Communltles Inclusion embedded the'Flve Ways to
Wellbein8' into our delivery framework..
'Connect" We nurtured connections by running regular group sessions, forums,
and community events that encouraged shared experiences and support.
'Be Actlve
Activlties such as wellness ivalks, creative workshops, and group
sports helped improve physical and emotional wellbeing.
**Take Notice**: We integrated mindfulness, storytellin& and reflettive exercises
in our mental health sessions to build awareness and resllience.
'Keep Learning" Through 27 specialised training Sessions and 28 workshops,
participants acquired new skills in eco-energy, Al, employabillty, and dlgital literacy.

Volunteers and peer mentors were empowered to contribute their time
and talents. fostering a culture of mutual aid and leadership.
We a150 focused heavily on uplifting disadvantaged communities, particularly BME
Individuals. by offering pathways into employment and self-employment. Our
tailored training in green ener&v and artificial intelligence helped participants
enhance thelr CVS, access apprentlceships, and gain confidence to start freelance or

community-led initiatives. Several beneficiaries have since reported improved
career prospects, launched micro-businesses. or gained work placements.
