Select Lileslyles Charitable Trust is based in the West Midlands and is dedicated lo enabling and
supporting the lives ol vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and associated conditions.

The accounts have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis.
Basls of prèparatlon
Select Lifestyles Charitable Trust is a charity governed by a constitution ol a Charitable
Incorporated Organisalion whose only voting members are its charity Iruslees. 11 has no
share capital. The registered off ice is Select Lifestyles Ltd, 335-337 High Street, West
Bromwich, 870 8LU. Its principal activities ￿e to enable and support the lives ol vulnerable
adults with learning disabilities and associated conditions
Income
All income is recognised in Receipts and Payments once the charity has received funds.
Expendllure
All payments are recognised in the Receipts and Paymenls Accounls when il is paid.
Taxatlon
The charity is exempt from lax on ils charilable aclivilies.
Fund accountlng
General funds are unreslricled lunds which are available for use al the discretion ol the
Trustees in furtherance ol ihe general objeclives ol ihe charily and which have not been
designated lor other purposes.
STAFF COSTS, TRUSTEES. REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
There were no employees during the year or prior year.
There have been no remuneration or expenditure paid to the Irustees during the year or prior
year.
