The trustees present their report with the financial Statements of the charity for the period ended
310ecember 2023. The trustees have prepared the accounts on a receipts and payments basis.
Structure & Recrultment of Trustees
The charity is governed by a constitution of a Charitable Incorporated Organisalion whose ollly
voting members are ils charity trustees. The Charity was registered on 20 December 2022.

Select Lifestyles Charitable Trust is b2sed in the West Midlands and is dedicated to enabling and
supporting the lives of vulnerable adults wilh learning disabilities and associated conditions.

For Ihe public benefit, the relief of those in need, by reason of ill-heallh or disability through the
provision of grants for items, services, and activities which will improve their condilions of life.
Reserves Policy
Select Lifestyles Charilable Trust has no paid staff or property, 80 there is no need to hold a
financial reserve to cater for this.
Operating Results
The accounts have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis and the excess of receipts
over payments for the period ended 31 December 2023 amounted to £7,058.

ACCOUNTING POLICIES
The accounts have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis.
Basis of preparation
Select Lifestyles Charitable Trust is a charity governed by a constitution of a Charitable
Incorporated Organisation whose only voting members are its charity trustees. 11 has no
share capital. The registered office is Select Lifestyles Ltd, 335-337 High Street, West
Bromwich, 870 8LU. Its principal activities are to enable and support the lives of vulnerable
adults with learnin9 disabilities and associated conditions.
Income
All inGome is recognised in Receipts and Payments once the charity has received funds.
Expenditure
All payments are recognised in the Receipts and Payments Accounts when it is paid.
Taxation
The charity is exempt from lax on its charitable activities.
Fund accounting
General funds 8re unrestricted fLfnds which are available for use 8t the discretlon of the
Trustees in furtherance of the general oblectives of the charity and which have not been
designated for other purposes.
STAFF COSTS, TRUSTEES. REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
There were no employees during the year or prior year.
There have been no remuneration or expenditure paid to the trustees during the year or prior
year.
No employee received remuneralion amounting to more than £60,000 for the period.
