logistical connections to help to transport
medical equipment from the UK to Nigeria.
This is mostly equipment that can be used
for training staff.
There has been regular contact between
trustees and the staff at Ufor hospital to
understand what they need equipment wise
and what training they may benefit from.
An in person listening session was
conducted by trustee Oghofori with all active
staff hospital staff in March 2024 to actively
understand where the charity can help.

with staff at the hospital to do a needs
assessment. Hospitals in the area were also
visited to see what their needs are in terms
of training and medical supplies( March/April
2024)

as the financial set up to do this properly has
not been in place. No donations have been
accepted since its inception.
In November 2024 the charity applied for a
bank account with Virgin money to ensure
any given funds are recorded in a
transparent way. The bank did not grant a
account because the charity has operations
in Nigeria. An account with Natwest is
currently being applied for.

relationships on the ground in Nigeria at
local hospitals in the Warri area to assess
their needs, and with charities in the UK that
can supply medical equipment.
