**benefit the local community by providing**
**a safe and secure environment for crop**
**growing and collecting clean water from**

**first and second phase has been**
**completed this year. The bricks were**
**moulded near the farm by local workers**
**and when the bricks were made, a kiln**
**was built to fire the bricks. This is a**
**common African practice and it provided**
**local employment and helped reduce the**
**overall cost of the project. The kiln was**
**built and the bricks fired in preparation**
**for phase 3 building the wall.**|
