DURING THE YEAR. THE CHARITY PROVIDED A GRANTS TO
SEVERAL CHARITIES WORKING IN PAKISTAN AND GAZA TO
PROVIDE WATER PURIFICATION PLANT. SUPPORT FOR ISLAMIC
EDUCATION WORK. SUPPORT FOR CLEFT LIP SUFFERERS AND
PROJECTS FOR NEEDY. THIS HAS BENEFIThED HUNDREDS OF
NEEDY PEOPLE. THE TRUSTEES HAVE HAD DUE REGARD TO THE
GUIDANCE ISSUED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION ON PUBLIC
BENEFIT AND ARE SATISFIED THAT THEY ARE ADVANCING ISLAM
AND RELIEVING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR PUBLIC BENEFtT.

DURING THE YEAR, THE CHARITY SECURED £14.516 IN GENERAL
DONATIONS AND HAD EXPENDITURE OF £12,994 WHICH WAS
MAINLY FOR GRANTS FOR CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES. THIS
GENEFiATED A SURPLUS OF £1.522 WHICH WAS RETAINED
MAINLY FOR FUTURE CHARITABLE PROJECTS. THE RESERVES
OF THE CHARITY WERE £2.647 AT YEAR END. THE POLICY OF THE
TRUSTEES IS NOT TO HOLD ANY RESERVES BUT TO USE ANY
SURPLUS OR RESERVES FOR FUTURE CHARITABLE
EXPENDITURE.
