The charitable objects of the CIO are: 

> To advance in life and help young people through: 

> (a) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life; 

> (b) Providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.

The charity was **inactive during the year** and undertook **no charitable activities** .

The trustees intend to review the future activities of the charity and will ensure that any future operations are conducted in accordance with the charity’s objects and applicable regulations. 

## **6. Statement of Trustees’ Responsibilities** 

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. 

The trustees are responsible for safeguarding the assets of the CIO and taking reasonable steps to prevent and detect fraud and other irregularities.
