Public Benefit Statement
Third Watch UK exists to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelism, discipleship, and charitable giving. Through the outreach and compassion initiatives of Third Watch UK, we continue to extend the message of hope, faith and love of God to communities across the United Kingdom. Our mission is not only to share the gospel but also to demonstrate Christ’s compassion through practical acts of service and support.
In 2024/2025, we successfully:

Organised and hosted gospel outreach events in towns and city centres in London, Kent, Bromley, Nofolk, Peckham, Belgium, Crawley reaching and ministering to numerous individuals with messages of hope, faith, and encouragement.

Provided discipleship and spiritual growth training through structured teachings, mentorship and the distribution of faith-based learning materials designed to support individuals in their spiritual development.

Implemented charitable outreach through The Compassion Project by donating essential care packages, toys, books, colouring books to children in hospitals and care facilities, bringing practical support and encouragement to young, people, patients and their families. Also donated mindfulness colouring books, crayons, colouring pens to adults to promote wellbeing, mindfulness and mental health.

Distributed discipleship resources, including Bibles, Christian books, and children’s storybooks, to individuals across outreach locations, helping to promote biblical literacy and strengthen faith communities.
Our activities have positively impacted individuals by strengthening their faith, providing essential support and fostering a sense of community.
The charity has complied with its governing document and charity law.
Third Watch UK is committed to advancing the Christian faith and demonstrating Christ’s love through evangelism, discipleship, and charitable outreach across the United Kingdom. Our mission is to provide both spiritual support and practical assistance to communities, ensuring that our work aligns with the Charity Commission’s public benefit requirements.
How Third Watch UK Provides Public Benefit
At Third Watch UK, we conduct city-wide evangelistic outreaches, faith-based events and discipleship programs designed to equip individuals with biblical knowledge while supporting spiritual growth, personal development and stronger community connections.
Through these initiatives, we aim to create opportunities for individuals and families to engage with faith-based teachings that promote moral values, positive life choices and a deeper sense of purpose which strengthens community developmental participation.
During 2024/2025, our impact included:

Reaching over 1000 individuals through gospel outreach activities conducted across multiple locations in the United Kingdom and Online Adverts across Europe, including community evangelism and faith-based gatherings.

Distributing more than 2,000 gospel tracts and over 200 Bibles to individuals, including new believers seeking to grow in their understanding of Christian teachings. Donated tracts to other churches and evangelism ministries.

Supporting more than 150 individuals through structured discipleship programs, helping them develop in faith, character, leadership and personal purpose through mentoring and biblical instruction thereby making our society safe.

Organising a family retreat, attended by families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, providing faith-based learning, family development sessions and opportunities for meaningful community engagement. Discounted giving to families/youths facing challenges, financial hardship etc.

- Providing Charitable Relief to the Less Privileged (Meeting Social & Practical Needs)
Compassion is at the heart of our mission, through The Compassion Project, we extend practical support and encouragement to vulnerable children, hospital and families experiencing hardship. Our goal is not only to meet immediate needs but also to bring comfort, dignity and hope to those going through difficult circumstances.
In 2024/2025, our efforts included:

Donating essential care items such as toys, clothing, food supplies and children’s storybooks to children in hospitals and hospices. These meaningful gifts were intended to bring moments of joy and comfort to young patients while also supporting other families.

Distributed food and refreshments during outreach activities, providing practical support to community members while creating welcoming spaces for conversation, encouragement, and community engagement.
These efforts align with the Charity Commission’s guidance by directly addressing public needs, reducing poverty and hardship, and ensuring that our work benefits the wider community, particularly those most in need.
