Independent Examinerfs Report to the Trustees of the Kilham Hall Management Committee I report on the accounts of the Committee for the year ended 31 October 2023 This report is made solely to the trustee$ in accordance vth sects.on 145 of the charib.es Act 2011. My work has been undertaken so that I might stale to the chantys trustees those matters l am required lo state to them in an Independent Examinerfs report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the eharsty and the charity's trustees for my examination work. Respectlve responslbllftles of Trustees and Examiner As the Group's Iruslees you are responsible for the preparatKtrn of the accounts,. you consider that an audit is not required for this year {under Section 144 of the Chartbes Act 2011 (the Charrties Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibilty to.. Examine the accounts (under Section 145 of the Charities Act; To follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners (under Section 1451519lbl of the Charities Act,. and To state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of Independent Examlnerfs roport My examination was Carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Group and a Comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanab.ons from you as trustees wnceming any such matters. The procedures ubdertaken do not provKle all the evidence that would be considered in an audit, and consequenty no opIn￿n is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fail view and the report is limrted to those Matte￿ set out in the statement below.
