Governance
The organisation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation using a foundation model constitution adopted and
first registered with the Charity Commission on 6th December 2022.
Objertives and Artivities
To help the residents of Long Ashton by
lal Initially providing support and services to those afferted by the coronavirus pandemic.
Ibl Continue 3fterwards by providing support and aid to enhance the wellbeing and resilience.
The trustees hove had due regard to the Charity Commission's public benefit guidance when exercising any
powers or duties to which the guidance is relevant.
Achievements and perfomiance
Much of the focus of the organisations work has been on delivering events for those that are socially isolated in
the community. This was achieved by engaging with the over 50s and arranging a number of tea events
providing food, refreshments and games. The Christmas dinner was well supported providing opportunitie5 for
people to chat and have fun over the course of the afternoon event.
The organi5ation continues to help those in need who need regular supermarket shopping.
Financial review
At the linancial year end the financial position was seen as being strong with a number of events held during the
year using grant monie5 received towards the end of the previous financial year.
