The organisation is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation using a foundation model constitution adopted and
first registered with the Charity Commission on 6th December 2022.
Objective5 and Activitie5
To help the residents of Long Ashton by
lal Initially providing svpport and services to those affected by the coronaviru5 pandemic.
Ibl Continue afterwards by providing support and aid to enhance the wellbeing and resilience.
The trustees have hod due regard to the Charity Commi5sion'5 public benefit guidance when exercisin8 any
powers or duties to which the guidance is relevant.
Achievements and perfomiance
Much of the focus of the organisations work has been on delivering events for those that are socially isolated in
the community. This was achieved by engaging with the over SOS and arranging a number of tea events
providing food, refreshments and games. The Christmas dinner was well supported providing opportunities for
people to chat and have fun over the course of the afternoon event.
The organisation continues to help those in need who need regular supemiarket shopping.
Financial review
At the financial year end the financial position was seen as being stron8 With a number of events held during the
year using grant monies received towards the end of the previous financial year.
