In M&rch 2022 the Ch?Irman rnet with CAVA to discuss the ¢hallen8es faced by the iroup. A key
5ssue was that th? 8roup was noi incorporated and therelore Ihe Commiltee member5 were
personally liable lor conlracts and debts. As a re$411 CAVA worked with the Commlltee lo guide
rhern Ihrough the process ot setting up a Charitable Incorpo¢aied Or8a nisarlon and thi5 was
re8lStered by the Charlly Commi551on In Dè¢ember 2022. This enabled the Group ¢0 becornÈ
incorpor)ted and no longer personally liable and the Ro&eblrd Communlty Hall Is now much more
secure.
