Objects: The Object(s) Of The CIO Are: To Promote Equality And Diversity And Assist With The Elimination Of Discrimination To Residents Of Weston Super Mare On The Grounds Of Sexual Orientation Or Gender, We Intend To Do This By: 1) Creating An Environment Of Diversity, Tolerance, Inclusivity And Equality In Weston Super Mare, Where Relevant; Raising Awareness Of Local, National And Global LGBTQ+ Issues. 2) Running LGBTQ+ Events In The Town, To Include An Annual Event And Parade In Weston Super Mare. 3) To Create Opportunities To Showcase The Creative And Artistic Talents Of LGBTQ+ People In Weston Super Mare That Celebrate The Identity And Community, That Are Welcoming To All.
