The charity is established for public benefit to (1) provide full public access to a heritage site; and (2) provide the general public with access to works of artistic merit.The charity aims to restore Spilsby Sessions House - an iconic Lincolnshire landmark of local and national significance - and to bring people together in a celebration of arts, heritage and community.

To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Preservation And Protection Of The Historic Building Spilsby Theatre (spilsby Session House) And To Advance The Education Of The History Of The Building By Providing Public Access And In Such Other Ways As The Trustees See Fit.2. To Advance Public Education In The Arts, In Particular But Not Exclusively Drama, Dance And Music, By The Provision Of Public Concerts And By The Provision Of Workshops, Classes And Art Sessions And In Such Other Ways As The Trustees See Fit.
