**Activities:** HTH Teamwork CIO (Happy to Help Gateshead) provides weekly support including domestic help, prescription collection, shopping and errands to enable vulnerable Gateshead residents to live independently in their own homes in safety and comfort. We also provide a flexible assisted outings service.
