## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

Sunray For Children was established in 2022 to support Slovak and Czech families living in the UK. The charity was officially registered with the Charity Commission on **2 December 2022** . 

The charity is governed by a board of trustees who are responsible for the overall dir financial oversight and compliance with charity law. Trustees meet regularly to review strategic development. 

At the founding mee **Dagmar Szabo** was elected as Chair.
