Other
Achlevements and Perforniance
Youth Football continues to be a very
successful ami of the club. Spear-
headed by Hayley Chapman during this
period, we have seen growth in
quantity of players and teams. Most
youth leams have trained al Four
Dwellings Academy and all have played
at Boumville Recreation Ground as part
of the Central Warwickshire Youth
League.
Summary of the main
achlevements of the charity,
identifying Ihe difference the
charity's work has rrbade to
the circumstances of its
beneficiaries arKI any wder
benefits to society as a
whole.
P8r• 120
There have been numerous footballing
successes with teams winning
league cups, league btles and
toumaments throughout the period.
Youth teams have good success with
gaining sponsorship for their team and
the dub further enhancing the
opportunities we can offer our young
players.
Ajthough our tie with the Central
VVap4¥ickshire Youth League ends at
U16. we have developed our sides
further and are pleased lo see our
Uls moving through to our U18s side
throughout the season as and
when this is appropriate.
Develo
ment Football
Our development football has Continued
well durin
this
eriod. Our U21 side

continued in the Midland Football
League U21 division with Kwabena
Danquah at the helm whilst our U18
continued in the Midland Junior Premier
League with Liam Cronln as manager.
Both sides have taken players from our
U16 sides demonstrating our ability to
now provide pathways for our younger
i players into adult football.
Adu
Football
Adult Football has been a staple at th8
Boumvllle R&creation Ground
during this period.
We started this period with Oliver Hartill
Daniel Moses led Ihe led for the vast
majority of Ihe season but unfortunately
due to a run of poor results and on field
perfomiances we decided to part ways.
W8 brought Ollie Hartlll back for the
remainder of the season and started
the recruitment process for a new
permanenl manager. Our r8suIts
improved during this period and we
comfortably finished the season.
We have remained In Step 7, as part of
the Midland Football League,
durlng thls perlod as we have not been
In a positlon for promotlon elther
through footballing or ground
requirements.
Home games have been popular with
the community 8nd
groundhoppers brlning in a good level
of income thanks lo gate receipts,
match day cafe lakings. match day
programmes and memorabilia.
There has been a number of players
during this period It is good to still
have people wanting to play for
Cadbury Athletic Football Club because
of the reputation we hold in the
footballing community.
After the season ￿nCluded we
recruited for a new permanent manager
which garnered a lot of interest. After a
series of interviews we appointed Dean
Guesl and Ollie Hartill returned lo his
ro18 of Director of Foolball.

Communlty Football
Walking football has yet again
developed. We had to start thi5 branch
from scratch again, this time with Dave
Ferris-Day. He has built a community of
players that Irain every week and play
games every month. The next stage of
development is for these t8ams to
ex
and and be entered into a lea
ue.
