Purposes and maln artl¥ltles
The purpose of the charity is for the rellef of the poor and needy and such other charltable purp05e5
as the club in du￿ constituted meetln8 from time to time direct.
The Rotsry dub supports local, ￿gIonal and international cornmunlty projects.
The rotary club carrles out various fund-ralsing activStles Includin8 attendance at local fetes and
other slmllar activities. In addition. the Father Christsnas slei8h collection around Daventry and the
surrounding vllla8es wlth two sleighs each nlght in the run up to Christmas is a major fund ralser.
Publlc benefft
The Charlty trustees have complled wtth the Charities Act to have due re8ard to guidance on publlc
benefit published by the Commission.
Achlevemerts of the Charlty
During the year the charity raised signifKant funds to enable it to make donations to community
charities and or8anisatrons as set out in the accounts.
Flnanclal revlew and Pollcy on r￿•r￿S
The charity held reserves of £33.39) at the year*nd which it is intended will be donated and spent
durlng the comin8 year. This is represented by cash ot the bank.
The charity has no policy for retaining reserves in the fon8 temi.

The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the financial ststements
In accordance with applicable laws and ￿UlatIOns.

The Trustees are responsibfe for keeping proper accounting records that dlsclose with reasonable

statements comply with the Charities Act 2011 and the provisions of the Trust deed.
