Cramlington Impact Trustees Report
This is a new charity, and in many ways still finding our feet and our place in and around our local community.
We aim to make safe place for service users to meet, and place where community cane be established and built. We also aim to work at relieving loneliness and isolation for many of our senior folk I our community. Been an all-inclusive charity we aim to help refugees and those fleeing violence and are looking for a place of welcome and friendship in a land foreign to them. We aim to help teach English and give pratical help to individuals and families
2023-2024 we continued establishing a memorial garden in partnership with the Cramlington Nazarene church. This is to create a beautiful and tranquil space for anyone to come and enjoy the garden or a place where anyone can come a sit a remember loved ones that have passed on. We have a memorial board where folk can have a memorial plate made and where we can put it up.
We have also developed a successful Kids after school craft group with over twenty children with their parents come together and do crafts and have fun playing games. We serve teas, coffees, toast, biscuits and other treats.
It is with great thanks we are able to offer these activities with the generous funding from the Cramlington Community Chest and from National lottery community fund. Without their help we could not do what we do and that is helping improve our local community.
