The Iruslees present their report with the Iinancial slalemenls of the charity for the period ended 30 April 2024. The

The Mastectomy Tallooing Alliance provides funding for areola and masleclomy lalloos, through our directory ol
approved artists, lo people who have undergone mastectomy surgery due lo Breast Cancer and BRCA diagnosis, or
Gender Affirming. We aim lo make these 18lloos more accessible lo people and ensure they are cariied out by
skilled professionals, approved by our charity standards and criteria.

The unrestricted reseNes are available lor the day to day running for the charity.
The overall policy is lo be in a position lo have sufficient reserves for improving and developing informational
malerials on areola and masleclomy lalloos for the public, and providing funding foi areDla and masleclomy lalloos
through our directory of artists.

the incorporation document of the CIO.
In November 2022 the Board agreed that the activities, assets and funds of Masleclomy Tallooing Alliance CIC
would be transferred lo this charity, Mastectomy Tallooing Alliance CIO.

application of resources of the charity for that year.

The financial 5taletllents have been prepared in accordance wilh Ihe charity's Igoverning documentl, the

C'FRS 102.1 and the Charilies SORP Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Slalem8nt ol Recommended
Practice applicable lo charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting St8ndard
applicable in the UK and Republic ol Ireland IFRS 1021 (effective 1 January 20191. The charity is a Public
Benefit Entily as defined by FRS 102.
The financial slalements have departed from the Charities IAccounls and Reports) Regulations 2008 only lo
the extent required to provide 2 true and fair view. This depariure has involved following the Slalemenl of
Recommended Practice for charitie5 applylng FRS 102 rather than the version of the Statement of
R8COtllrnended Practice which is referred lo in th8 Regulations bul which has since been withdrawn.
The financial slalements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the charity. Monetary
