The trustees present their annual report and finanaal statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.
The CIO was registered on 23 Novembèr 2022 and began trading in the yèar ended 31 Dècembèr 2025.

the health and wellbeing of those affected. To stimulate interest and work in partnership to establish a forum in

Public benefit
We confirm that the Trustees have had a regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public
benefit, in deciding on the aclwities of the CIO.
A¢hievements and performance
The CIO provided regular rTh)nitoring and adwsory supp)rt for the development. opening and ¢)perations of the first
children's horne.
Financial review
During the year to 31 December 2025, thè CIO had income of £49.487 and ex￿nditure of £18.300, leaving
reseryes to be carried forward of £31.188.

applicable to Gharithes weparing their accounts in accordance with the FinanciMI Rèporting Standard
8pplittable in Ihe UK arbd Reput￿lC of Ireland (FRS 1￿2).. The chaiity is a Publi¢ Bonefrt Entity as defined by
FRS 102.
The charity has takan adv8nlagÈ of thè prtimsths in the SORP for Char￿eS not to prepare a statement of

The financi￿ statements have departed fmm the Charilies IA(thiunts aThJ Rep¢￿ts) Regulations 2008 only lo
the extent required to provide a true and fair view. This depa￿re has invofved fomowng the state￿nt of
