Objectives and Activities
Frehom International objectives are the prevention or relief of poverty anywhere in the world by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, healthcare projects, including funding for medicine and healthcare, and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient.
We confirm that the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. The trustees have referred to the guidance contained in the Charity Commission’s general guidance on public benefit when reviewing the organisation’s aims and objectives and in planning future activities and setting scholarship policy for the period.
Achievements and Performance
We are pleased that during the reporting period to 31[st] March 2025, Frehom International has been providing free counselling services through one of the trustees who is a qualified counsellor.
The organisation is satisfying its objectives, although more effort is required to look for more volunteers to achieve the objectives.
Financial Review
Frehom International work is entirely reliant on donations. For this reporting period the organisation did not raise donations but plans to do so for the next financial year. We are confident that the Charity will carry out its full functions during the next reporting period.
It is the policy of the organisation that unrestricted funds be maintained, wherever possible, at a level of at least £500. The Trustees consider that reserves at this level will ensure that the organisation of key basic activities is met while consideration is given to ways in which additional funds may be raised. At year end the charity held unrestricted funds of £140 as the organisation is processing opening a bank account.
In 2026 we will continue seeking to secure further funding from private donations, so that the charity can continue to achieve its objectives.
Structure, Governance and Management
Frehom International is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), charity number 1201130, and is governed by a constitution dated 26[th] March 2022.

Every appointed trustee must be appointed for a term of three years by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees. In selecting individuals for appointments as appointed charity trustees, the charity trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the CIO. All trustees were re-appointed in 2025.
All trustees give off their time freely and no trustee remuneration was paid in the reporting period. Trustees are required to disclose all relevant interests and withdraw from decisions where a conflict of interest arises. The Trustee, Ms. Jennifer Nagama Gama, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Charity.
