skills, such as access to business coaching, mentoring, employment skills and opportunities which the Trustees see fit to support, through grants or donations, to organisations that are in alignment with its charitable aims and values.

Our activities are focused on delivering first aid training to communities. A separate Limited Company by Guarantee has been established to deliver accredited training that will generate income to support the delivery of free training in communities. All employees are employed by the Limited Company and activities are fully funded by Oliver Cookson.

4. Achievements and performance, including reporting on its public benefit

Since the registration of the charity in November 2022, we have worked with other charities, community groups and schools to deliver free first aid training, so participants can become life savers. As at 31.03.2025 we had trained 16,949 people in life saving skills.

We have worked in partnership with British Heart Foundation, Resus Council and St John Ambulance on a research pilot to increase access to defibrillators and free first aid training.

Following the installation of four additional defibrillators (including one donated by Oliver Cookson Foundation) and making two existing ones accessible, the average return journey to reach a defibrillator was reduced to 6 minutes 32 seconds, enabling more people to have access to a defibrillator in the event of a cardiac arrest.

In May 2024, we launched our own mental health awareness course, to help increase conversations about mental health, and where needed, direct people to further support. In the last year, over 1,100 of you have given your time to learn more about mental health and how to start a conversation.

5. We do not publicly fundraise and no grants have been applied for by the charity. All delivery costs for our charitable activities have been funded by Oliver Cookson, total investment from 11 November 2022 to 31 March 2025 is £474,887.

6. No funds are held by a custodian trustee.
