The Trustees presents their report and financial statements for the year ended
31st March 2024
Objects of the Charlty
The objects of the Church stated below have been set up to primarilly banefit the public:
1. Financial Empowerment - Provlde financial assistance. microloans, and
income-generating programs to support widows. widowers, and underprivileged
individuals in becoming self-sufficient.
2. Education & Skill Development- Offer scholarships, vocational training, and Ilteracy
programs to help children and adults gain the knowledge and skills needed for a better
future.
3. Healthcare Support - Ensure access to medical care. menlal health services. and
wellness programs for wdoyts, widowers, and children in need.
4. Emotional & Psychological Support - Establish counseling services. support groups.
and mentorship programs to help individuals cope with grlef, trauma, and social
isolation.
5. Shelter & Basic Needs - Provide safe housing, food. clothing. and essential supplies to
those facing extreme poverty and homelessness.
6. Advocacy & Awareness- Raise awareness about the challenges faced by widows.
widowers, and underprivileged individuals, and advocate for their rights at local, national.
and intemational levels.
7. Community Integration & Social Induslon - Promote social inclusion by organizing
communty-building aciivitles, networking events. and empowemient workshops.
8. Legal Aid & Rights Protsction - Offer legal assistance to protect widows and widowers
from thscrimination, property disputes, and social injustices.
9. Entrepreneurship & Employment Opportunities - Partner with businesses and
organizations to create job plac8ments, mentorship. and business startup support for
beneficiaries.
10. Sustainable Development Initiatives- Implement long-term projects such as
cooperative famiing, renewable energy access. and self-sustaining community
programs to enhance livelihoods.

Activities of the Charity
1. Widows & Widowers Empowerment Program - Provide vocational training, small
business grants. and skill-building workshops to help thém gain financial. independen￿.
2. Education Sponsorshlp & School Support- Offer scholarships. school supplies, and
mentorshlp programs for chlldren from underprivileged families.
3. Healthcare & Wellness Camps - Organlze free medlcal check-ups. mental health
counseling, and awareness sessions on nutrition and hygiene.
4. Counseling & Emotional Support Groups- Establish grief support groups, therapy
sessions. and mentorship programs for widows, widowers. and children dealing with
loss.
5. Feedlng & Basic Needs Distribution - Provide food packages, clothing, and hygiene kits
to stwggling families. especially in rural and underserved areas.
6. Community Development Projects - Sel up cooperative famiing, handicraft workshops.
and community kitchens to create sustainable income opportunities.
7. Widows, & Widowers, Cooperative Societies - Help establish self-help groups where
rnembers can save, invest, and support each other in starting small businesses.
8. Childcare & Earfy Childhood Development Centers- Provide daycar8 services,
nutrition programs. and early childhood education for children of widowed parents.
9. Employment & Job Placement Programs - Partner with businesses to provide job
opportunities, apprenticeships, and skill-bas8d employment for widows,, widowers, and
young adults.
10. Annual Widows, & Widowers, Empowerment Conference - Host gatherings. Where
beneficiaries can share experiences, network, and gain knowledge from experts in
finance, health, and personal development.
11. Festival Support Programs - Organize special events. gift donations, and communty
lebrations to bring joy to widowed families and orphans during fesliva seasons.
12. Emergency Relief & Disaster Assistance - Provid8 immediate aid, shelter. and
medical support to widowed families affected by natural disasters or crises.
13. Spiritual & Faith-Bas&d Support (Optional) - Organize prayer groups, faith-basad
counseling, and spiritual retreats to offer hope and encouragement.

Flnancial Review of the Charity
The Charity's results for the year and its financial position at the end of the year are
fully disclosed in the attached financial statements. The total income for the year
amounted to £0.00
Tanglble fixed assets for use by the charity
There are no fixed assets
Committee of Members. responsibilities
The charity law requires the committee of members to prepare financial statements for
each financial year, which give a true view of the financial activities of the charity and of its
financial position at the end of that period. In preparing those financial staternents, the
committee of members is raquired:
a) Select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently,
b) Make judgements and estimates that ar8 reasonable and pmd&nt'
c) State whether the policies adopted are in accordance with applicable accounting
standards and statements of recommended accounting practices, subject to any
material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements-
d) Prepare financial statements on a going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to
assume that the charity wlll continue in operation.
The committee of members is responsible for keeping proper accounting records, which
discloses with reasonable accuracy at any time, the financial position of the charity and to
enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with Charities Act. They are
also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hance for taking
reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
Examlners
A resolution to appoint Messer Trackrecords Management Sarvlc&s Llmlted as
examiners for the ensuring year has been proposed and agreed at the annual general
meeting in accordance with the Charities Act.

Examiners Report
We have examined the financial ststements in this report. which have been prepared
following the accounting policies, set out in the report.
Respective responsibilitles of trustees and examiners
As described in report, the trustees of the Gospel Temple, Midlands are
responsible for the preparation of financial statements. It is our responsibilltles to form an
independent opinion, based on our examination. on the statements and to report our
opinion to you.
Basis of opinion
We conducted our examination in accordance with standards charity accounting and
independent examination. The examination is on test basis, of the evidence relevant to the
amount of disclosures in the financial st8tements.
It includes an assessment of the significant eslimales and judgements made by the
Committee of the members in preparation of the flnancial statements and whether the
accounting policies are appropriate to the charity's circumstance. consistently applied and
adequately disclosed.
We planned and perfomied examination of the documents to obtain all the infomiation and
explanations which we considered necessary in order to provide us with sufficient
evidence to glve reasonable assuran￿ that the financial statements are free form
material rnisstatements, whether caused by fraud or other irregularities or error. In
forming our opinion, we also evaluated the overall adequacy of the presentation of the
information in the statements.

In our opinion the financial statements give a fair view of the state of the charities affairs at
31 March 2024 and of its surplus for the period ended and have properly prepared in
accordance wth regulations of Charilies Act.
