Our constitution is published on the Charity Commission webstte. Committee
members represent the Sports Clubs and the local communty.
Aims and objecttves
The charity maintains and manages the Playing Field and Sports Pavillion in
Tuddenham St Mary for use by the local communty and sports teams.
Summary of the main achievements during the perSod
The Bowls. Cricket and Football Clubs all had suc￿Ssful sporting seasons and have
welcomed new members.
The roller and mower shelter was installed at the slart of the year. This helps to
keep the playing field tidy by having a designated area for storage.
The ball stop netting for the children's play area was ￿neWed to bring protection
offered back to its original level. Discussions are ongoing with the Parish Council
regarding Ihe extension of Ihe children's play area.
Planning permission has been granted on the playing fEld for outdoor cricket
practice nets. The installation of these is hoped to be by the end of 2025.
