Trustees’ Report and Accounts
The Dedham Vale Society CIO was set up in 2022 with the intenGon of taking over the acGviGes of the Dedham Vale Society, Charity 246007. However, due to a shortage of personnel, the transfer has yet to take effect and the acGviGes, revenue and expenditures have conGnued to be carried on by the original charity.
The Trustees conGnue to look for resources who can manage the transiGon of bank account, investments and other maRers to the new CIO, but have so far been unsuccessful.
An AGM was scheduled for and held on Zoom on 15 May 2024, but was not quorate. At the second aRempt on 14 October 2024, held in person and in conjuncGon with the original charity’s AGM, the Trustees were re-elected, and members were updated on the current lack of acGvity by the CIO.
The CIO has had no income nor expenditure since its creaGon, so there are no accounts to present.
