Trustees’ Report and Accounts
The Dedham Vale Society CIO was set up in 2022 with the intenFon of taking over the acFviFes of the Dedham Vale Society, Charity 246007. However, due to a shortage of personnel, the transfer has yet to take effect and the acFviFes, revenue and expenditures have conFnued to be carried on by the original charity.
The Trustees conFnue to look for resources who can manage the transiFon of bank account, investments and other maRers to the new CIO, but have so far been unsuccessful.
An AGM was scheduled for and held on Zoom on 15 May 2024, but was not quorate. At the second aRempt on 14 October 2024, held in person and in conjuncFon with the original charity’s AGM, the Trustees were re-elected, and members were updated on the current lack of acFvity by the CIO.
The CIO has had no income nor expenditure since its creaFon., so there are no accounts to present.
