2. Structure, Governance and Management
Osmanli UK is a registered charity governed by a written constitution adopted on 1[st] November 2022.
Trustees are appointed in accordance with the charity’s governing document. The charity is managed by its trustees and is entirely volunteer-run, with no paid staff.
3. Objectives and Activities
The charitable objectives of Osmanli UK are to relieve poverty and financial hardship by providing financial assistance, food, and essential items to individuals and families in need, both within the United Kingdom and overseas.
During this financial year, the charity continued to pursue its mission by identifying individuals facing hardship and providing small grants to help with their basic living needs.
4. Achievements and Performance
Between 3 October 2024 and 2 October 2025, Osmanli UK:
- Provided £20,700 grants to a familes in Sierra Leonne to help with living costs, food, medical care, education and housing costs.
These grants directly supported individuals facing financial hardship, fulfilling the charity’s aim to provide relief and improve quality of life.

In the next financial period, Osmanli UK intends to:

8. Statement of Trustees’ Responsibilities
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records and preparing Receipts and Payments accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011.
The trustees have approved these accounts and confirm they provide a fair reflection of the charity’s financial activities during the year.
