Osmanli UK is a charity whose purpose and objects are to provide humanitarian aid for the benefit of those in need, to alleviate poverty and focus on improving the lives of all humankind, especially orphans, widows and to improve the lives of people affected by war and disaster. Osmanli UK will raise funds to plan and execute aid to identified projects around the world.

world who are the victims of war or natural disaster, trouble, or catastrophe in particular by the supply of food, water, clothes, accommodation and medical aid to such persons. Osmanli UK will identify the needs and set aside a budget to plan and execute aid on individual basis.
The relief of financial need and suffering among victims of natural or other kinds of disaster in the form of money (or other means deemed suitable) for persons, affected [including the provision of medical aid]. Osmanli UK will identify the needs and set aside a budget to plan and execute aid on individual basis.
The provision of items (either outright or on loan) such as furniture, bedding, clothing, food, fuel, heating appliances, washing machines and fridges. Osmanli UK will identify the needs and set aside a budget to plan and execute aid on individual basis.
To provide financial help to build places of worship where there is a need recognised. Where a need is recognised Osmanli UK will raise awareness to find donators to fund such projects.
To build water wells or water pumps in areas where a need is recognised as a basic necessity for the people of that place, by funding the projects and managing the process from identification, sourcing contractors, funding and building.
To provide relief to those in need especially refugees and to empower these individuals to become selfreliant so that they can live with dignity and transform their lives., by providing clothing, food, financial support, shelter and furniture. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 02/10/2023.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
