FINANCIAL REVIEW
It has been agreed by the Twstee group, in the light of our experience as volLFnteers in the prewou5
Manchestèr Blood Bike charity. that best practice for our charity would be to achieve the position where we
could raise enough money to keep a reserve for-rainy days- to cover fuel, insurance and servicing and
maSntenance.
£15.C(¥) as agreed by the Trustee Broup.
This 15 to covertOU8hertÉmes and would be used for operational costs such as fi4el and insuran
Govemance rlsk
The trustee body lacks relevant skills-Active recruitment of Trustees with the skllls to fill the gap.

rinandal risks
Inadequate reserves and cash flow-trustees have set up"rainy daf reserve.
Dependency on limited income sourtes- A drive is unden¥ay to extend the number of in¢￿￿e streams for
the charity.
The charity trustees havè 8Nen consideration to the major risk5 to which the charity is exposed and satisfied
themselves that the sy5tem5 and Procedu￿ are established in orderto manage those risks.
