Independent Examiner’s Report on the Accounts
Report to the members of Elliot’s Footprint on the accounts for the period 1st January 2024 ended 31st December 2024.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts and believe that an audit is not required.
The examiner is responsible for examination of the accounts and should state whether any particular matters require disclosure.
Basis of independent examiners statement
My examination involved a review of the accounts prepared and a review of the bank statements. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. The examination procedure does not provide all the evidence that would be required for an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts show a “true and fair view”.
Independent examiners statement
In connection with my examination no matter has come to my attention which gives me cause to believe that (in any material respect) the requirements to keep accounting records and to prepare accounts which accord with those records have not been met. In addition I do not believe that any items require special attention.
