items for local children, who are disabled or

running costs and the small remaining
amount was carried over until the next

although Torbay Bikers for Kids has been a

The Charity Commission required the
charity’s first year’s accounts to be from 10th
November 2022 until 30thSeptember 2023,
a period of ten and one third months. Next
year’s accounts will be a full twelve-month
period.
A significant amount of the money raised in
the period was due to the chair’s husband
raising funds for the charity with the hire of
his personal collection of funeral hearses
and wedding cars, where the money for
their hire is donated to the charity. Torbay
Council gave a grant towards the charity’s
running costs.
The charity has had excellent feedback on
social media and in personal messages
from all of the parents and, or guardians of
children the charity has purchased essential
items for, including how the essential item
has, or will, improve the life, and or,
